About the role
This exciting opportunity will see our successful candidate focus on international policymaking in areas of innovation and the digital economy and provide vital support to the design and delivery of two leadership and capability development programmes and curricula. The first programme is focused on digital skills, the future of work and lifelong learning, while the second works with a global network of innovation policymakers to accelerate their ability to collaborate for effective policy development.
You will be expected to:
Manage the design of materials and tools that can be adapted and scaled for use internationally
Produce high quality written materials, including original writing and editing existing materials
Ensure programme designs, outcomes and methodologies are measurable and impactful
Facilitate workshops, in partnership with our internal and external subject experts
Support the development of data collection tools and undertaking monitoring and evaluation
Analyse participant data and information, and consolidate information for reporting and tracking progress
What we are looking for
An outstanding communicator, you will have a proven track record of designing and delivering curricula and content for learning programmes, plus writing, collating and editing high-quality materials for learning programmes.
You will have experience of working in a multidisciplinary and collaborative way to produce useful materials for adult and experienced learners, as well as using trials or testing to improve the development of programmes and services. A background of monitoring, measuring and reporting results and working directly with senior stakeholders are also essential.
