At Made by Many, we are looking to take our employee experience to a new level. We employ some of the best talent in the industry and feel a huge responsibility to develop, coach and inspire this talent to be as successful as possible both at Made by Many and throughout their careers.

We work with many of the world’s top companies on digital transformation projects that are both challenging and varied; as a consulting company, it’s essential that all parts of the business are continually learning from each other, cross-pollinating ideas between project teams and across our disciplines in design, engineering, strategy and product management.

In addition to this, we consider our employee experience to be a benchmark and working prototype for our client’s organisations. Part of this role will be continuously feeding into and building on our external Learning & Development offer.

We are looking for a senior person who is passionate about helping others succeed. Whilst a background in digital innovation and consultancy is useful, we’d definitely value someone who is a brilliant coach and an amazing people person over and above everything.

We are evolving rapidly and so being highly responsive, a great facilitator and an even greater listener and communicator will be essential skills in this role.

The basic tenets of the job are:

  • Professional Development - continuing to evolve the structure and practice of growing people, working closely with the Management Team and figuring out how to feed this into our commercial Learning & Development offer.

  • Learning Culture - We have a reflective culture at Made by Many and have built up a great repository of learning over the last few years from retrospectives. There is an immediate need to improve how we communicate and act on what we learn from each other at every level be it client work, new business or marketing.

  • Devising inspiring training programmes for individuals.

  • Helping us understand what a culture of continuous feedback actually means and practicing it successfully.

  • The fundamental people operations pieces such as figuring out insightful ways to check in on the mood of the office, initiating professional development reviews etc.

  • Most excitingly, defining our Employee Value Proposition and ensuring that we continue to attract the very best talent whilst creating a new benchmark in the industry.

The successful candidate will report to the Partners.
