Event description

Did you know? We only look at CV’s for an average of 6 seconds, and can only predict who would perform best at interview 10% of the time?

Screening is the first step in the recruitment process, but humans aren’t very good at it. It’s the reason your call back rate on an application can be anywhere between 4% & 19% depending on your picture and name.

About Applied

We’re a London-based tech startup on a mission to make hiring fairer and more inclusive using behavioural science. By understanding how the human brain makes decisions, you can determine how to screen candidates and improve your hiring.

When is the event?

Wednesday, April 22, 2020 4PM GMT, 12PM EST, 9AM PST
