Gender diversity is still a major problem in some industries and within leadership teams. Often, a lack of "good pipeline" is blamed for the absence of women in particular roles but little is being done to fix it.

One step in the right direction is to post your jobs in the right places - where women can see them. Having amassed a dataset from over 100,000 applicants, here's our 2019 top job boards for gender diversity.
